Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about the Shadow Operator model, timelines, ownership, and expectations.

What is a Shadow Operator and how is it different from an agency?
A Shadow Operator is a revenue-aligned partner who builds and runs your monetization machine behind the scenes. No retainers, no busywork. We partner on a rev share and handle offer, launch, and ops so you can stay in the spotlight.
Who is this for?
Creators with 10k–100k followers, experts with a warm audience, and founders who want a done-for-you digital product launch without hiring a team.
Do I need a product already?
No. We architect the offer with you, package it, and prepare it for launch. If you have an existing product, we’ll refine and relaunch it.
What does the process look like?
Audit your audience and positioning, design your offer, warm up demand, launch, deliver, then iterate and relaunch. Simple, tight, and repeatable.
How fast can we launch?
Typical first launches happen in 14–30 days once we align on the offer and you post the warm-up content. Timelines vary by scope and responsiveness.
What do you handle vs what do I handle?
We handle offer architecture, packaging, funnels, email, checkout, delivery systems, and analytics. You handle content, approvals, and posting the warm-up and launch prompts in your voice.
How do payments and rev share work?
We use a clear revenue split. No upfront fees. Payments run through your checkout with automated or scheduled partner splits. Exact percentages are agreed before we start.
Who owns the IP and the customer list?
You own your brand, likeness, and customer list. We agree on shared rights to the assets we build so the machine keeps working smoothly. All terms are defined upfront.
Will this feel salesy or hurt my brand?
No. We lead with value, warm up demand, and use clean positioning. The goal is sustainable goodwill and conversions, not hype.
What’s included in a typical launch?
Offer stack and price testing, landing page and checkout, email sequences, creator post scripts, delivery and onboarding plan, and a basic support workflow.
What results can I expect?
No guarantees. We focus on building a repeatable cashflow engine that compounds with each iteration. Data guides improvements every cycle.
How much of my time will this take?
During setup and launch week, expect a few focused approvals and posts. Outside of that, your time is spent creating content as usual.
What should I prepare before the call?
Have your audience insights, current content stats, access to your platforms, and availability for the next 30 days. If you have past offers or ideas, bring those too.
