12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law; Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), on an individual basis.
